IMMIGRATION YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
By K.S. Rai
DIVERSITY VISA LOTTERY
Dear Mr. Raiusband will also be eligible to get an immigrant visa as a
co-beneficiary of the petition.
Dear Mr. Rai
I have received an affidavit support form I-864 from Visa Center.
Currently I am not employed and my income is not enough to support my daughter. Can I get
an affidavit of support from a friend?
Dear Mr. Reader:
As a petitioner you must execute affidavit of support form I-864. With
the form you must have received poverty guidelines and income requirements. If your income
is not enough then your friend can provide affidavit of support form as a joint sponsor.
With affidavit of support form you must furnish tax returns for the last three years and
other supporting documents like job and bank letters.
